Fall 2024 Survey

Thank you for taking the time to take this survey, which will help us shape the church’s future programming to your needs.

Section 1 requests some brief reflection; Sections 2-4 are mainly multiple choice, and there is space at the end if you wish to further explain any of your answers. We then end with brief questions to make sure we can be in touch with you. The entire survey should take about 15 minutes.
