Communion Sunday Lunch
Communion Sundays at noon we host a lunch to give everyone an opportunity to meet new people and deepen existing friendships. The cost is $5 per person or $15 for a family.
Please join us, weekly, in the parlor after worship for coffee and donuts.
The Book Club will meet to discuss Crosstalk by Connie Willis on February 21 at 7 p.m. The March book is The Lighthouse Keeper's Daughter: A Novel by Hazel Gaynor.
Pub Theology is a mid-week, monthly happening. You are invited to join us on the third Wednesday of each month at 8:00 p.m. in The Dublin House Pub (225 West 79th Street) as we talk about faith, get to know one another, and discover what it means to belong. Bring your questions and bring your prayers as we gather in Christian community over a beer, cocktail, soda, or glass of water. Pub Theology is on HIATUS.
For adults: The Adult Christian Education class is a time to discuss, share, and question those faith traditions we hold in common, as well as explore our individual faith journeys. Classes meet Sunday mornings at 10 a.m. in Room 6.
“The Gospel of Earthseed” - February is Black History Month, and what better way to honor this special time than to explore the way that religion and science fiction intersect. Join Rev. Bridget as she explores the all-too-familiar world and struggles found in The Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler.
